1 cup MILKLAB® Almond Milk
1 tablespoon hot chocolate powder
1 large Marshmallow (toasted with flame)
20g white chocolate
3 Marie biscuits
(or any plain biscuit of choice)
1. Crush 2 biscuits in a bowl and snap the other
in half, put aside.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl,
roll edge of the cup in the melted chocolate and
then the biscuit. Drizzle some excess chocolate
down the sides of the cup and place in freezer
3. Once set, place on the marshmallow with
two pieces of biscuit, then drizzle remaining
chocolate over biscuit and marshmallow.
4. Steam milk and hot chocolate powder together and
pour into cup to serve.
