20.02.17 INREDIENTS: 500g Allied Mills Utility Mix 100g eggs 200ml water 100ml buttermilk 50g dark cocoa 15g red food colouring 100g cream cheese 200g icing sugar METHOD: Preheat oven to 180c Mix egg, water and Cake Mix using an electric mixer with a whisk attackment. Whisk on low for 1 minute. Scrape bowl and mis on high speed for 5 minuites. Continue on medium speed for a further 2 minutes. Blend buttermilk , cocoa, and food colouring with prepared cake batter for an extra minute. Deposit mixture into a lightly greased tin of your chocice. Bake at 180 c for 25 - 30 minutes. Remove cake and allow to cool. Place cream cheese and icing sugar in a mixing bowl and beat with a paddle until smooth. Microwave mixture for 30 seconds at a time until a pourable consistency is achived. Pour evenly over the cake and allow to flow down the sides.
