Fried Chicken Burger with Smashed Avo and Hot Sauce



  • 1 Tip Top Potato Bun, sliced, toasted and buttered
  • ½ avocado, smashed and seasoned with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice
  • 1 butter lettuce leaf, washed and
  • patted dry
  • 1 panko crumbed chicken fillet, fried until golden
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 tbs Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • Pinch of sesame seeds, toasted
  • Sliced red onion
  • 1 tbs kewpie mayo


  1. To assemble: Spread smashed avocado, top with lettuce, chicken, cheese, drizzle of Sriracha, tomato, sesame seeds and onion. Spread kewpie on inside of lid and add to burger mayo side down.
