Asian Prawn Won Ton Twists




  1. Combine together prawns, ginger, coriander, soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil and fresh mint mix until well combined
  2. Place a won ton wrapper on the surface of a bench, place a teaspoon of prepared filling in the middle
  3. Brush edges lightly with water and fold in half to form a triangle.  Seal the edges, then fold the top two points of the triangle together
  4. Heat the oil in a deep pan over a medium heat and deep fry in 2-3 batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden
  5. Serve with MasterFoods Sweet Thai Chilli
