Mango and Coconut Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS

Sauce

100g KNORR COCONUT MILK POWDER 1KG

300ml Water

600ml KNORR PATAK'S MANGO CHICKEN SAUCE 2.2L

Chicken

1kg Chicken (diced)

500gr Beans (chopped)

300gr Zucchini (diced)

To Serve

Steamed Rice

METHOD

Sauce

Combine the KNORR COCONUT MILK POWDER and water together and KNORR PATAKS MANGO SAUCE

Chicken

Combine the chicken and vegetables, bake in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes or until cooked.

To Serve

Serve with Steamed Rice
